Return Policy

At Army Of God Clothing, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Please read our return policy below to understand how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.


1. General Return Policy

  • Time Frame: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required to process any return or exchange.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom and Personalized Products: Due to the unique nature of custom-designed t-shirts, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom or personalized items unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • Sale Items: Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

3. Defective or Damaged Items

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
  • Provide a detailed description and photos of the issue to Kenneth@ArmyofGodClothing.com.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs incurred.

4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service at Kenneth@ArmyofGodClothing.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange.
  2. Receive Authorization: Wait for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Prepare Your Package: Securely pack the item, including all original packaging and accessories. Write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the Item: Send the package to the address provided in the return instructions.

5. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 business days.
  • Method of Refund: Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
  • Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted for items not in their original condition or missing parts.

6. Exchanges

  • Size and Color Exchanges: To exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and specify the desired size or color in your email.
  • Processing Time: Exchanges will be processed within 5 business days after we receive your returned item.
  • Availability: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is out of stock, a refund will be issued.

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item, except in cases of defective or damaged products.
  • Non-Refundable Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Recommended Shipping Method: Use a trackable shipping service and consider purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

8. International Returns

  • Customs Fees: International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes incurred during the return process.
  • Extended Time Frames: Allow extra time for international returns due to customs clearance.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven't received a refund after the stated processing time:
    • Check your bank account and credit card statements.
    • Contact your bank or credit card company; processing times can vary.

10. Gifts

  • Gift Returns: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
  • Gift Exchanges: Gift items can be exchanged following our standard exchange process.
